What SiteBalance is
SiteBalance is a site reporting and compliance support tool for company workspaces. It helps authorised users record daily diaries, site records, vehicle checks, HAVS exposure records, notes, notifications, and billing administration during the pilot.
What data is collected
SiteBalance may collect names, email addresses, account roles, company/workspace data, site and project records, daily diary entries, vehicle checks, vehicle faults, HAVS records, photos, signatures, uploaded evidence, billing and invoice data, and login, session, security, and audit logs where applicable.
Why data is used
Data is used to provide the service, maintain company reporting, preserve audit and history records, manage accounts and security, support billing and administration, and help diagnose support issues.
Who can see data
Authorised users in the same company workspace can see data according to their role and permissions. SiteBalance platform admin or support may access records when needed to operate, secure, or support the pilot service.
Data sharing
Data may be processed by hosting providers such as Render, storage or backup providers if configured, and other technical suppliers needed to run the service. Data may also be shared where required for legal, regulatory, safety, or security reasons.
Retention
Records are generally kept while the company account is active. Export, deletion, and retention processes for pilot customers should be agreed with the company before wider commercial launch.
User rights
Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data where legally applicable. Some site, safety, billing, or compliance records may need to be retained by the company for audit or legal reasons.
