Help with SiteBalance accounts, access, records, settings, reports, and technical issues.

Contact options

Support is email-based for now. SiteBalance does not currently offer phone support.

What to include

When contacting support, please include the company or workspace name, your user email, the site or project name if relevant, the page or feature affected, what you were trying to do, a screenshot if helpful and safe to share, the date and time of the issue, and the urgency level.

Response times

We aim to respond as soon as reasonably possible. During early access or pilot use, response times may vary. Critical access issues will be prioritised, but no fixed support SLA is promised unless agreed separately in writing.

Urgent safety issues

SiteBalance support is not an emergency service. Emergency or site safety issues, incidents, dangerous defects, injuries, or legal compliance concerns must not rely on SiteBalance support.

For urgent workplace safety matters, follow your employer's site procedures immediately and contact the appropriate responsible person, manager, emergency services, or competent adviser where required. SiteBalance support should not be used as the first point of contact for emergency safety matters.

Account and access help

If you cannot log in, contact your company manager or owner first. Company managers and owners can manage users where the app allows. If the company manager or owner cannot resolve the issue, contact support@sitebalance.co.uk.

Data correction and deletion

Submitted safety and workplace records may be subject to audit trail and retention rules. Users should contact their manager or company owner for record correction requests. Privacy and data requests can be sent to privacy@sitebalance.co.uk.

Account, invoice, and payment questions

Account, invoice, or payment questions should be sent to billing@sitebalance.co.uk. Payments are not currently processed directly inside SiteBalance.
