What to include
When reporting an issue, include the company name, the page or screen you were using, what happened, screenshots if safe to share, and the time and date of the issue.
Urgent safety issues
SiteBalance is not an emergency reporting system. For urgent site safety issues, follow your company procedure immediately and contact the appropriate responsible person.
Pilot note
Support arrangements may change as the pilot develops. Formal support levels should be agreed before wider commercial launch.
