These starter terms are for private pilot use and should be reviewed before paid commercial launch.
Use of SiteBalance
SiteBalance is a site reporting and compliance support tool. It helps companies record operational information, but it does not replace professional, legal, health and safety, or regulatory advice.
Accurate information
Users must enter accurate, relevant, and work-related information. Companies remain responsible for checking submitted reports, reviewing records, and deciding what action is needed.
Health, safety, and HAVS records
HAVS records and other safety modules are support records only. They are not a substitute for occupational-health monitoring, competent HSE advice, statutory risk assessments, or a company’s legal compliance duties.
Account access
Accounts must not be shared. Users are responsible for keeping login details secure and for reporting suspected unauthorised access promptly.
Uploaded content
Uploaded photos, signatures, and evidence must be lawful, relevant to work records, and appropriate for the company workspace. Do not upload personal, confidential, or sensitive content unless it is necessary for the work record and permitted by company policy.
Pilot service changes
During the pilot, SiteBalance may change as features are tested and improved. Availability and backups are provided on a best-effort basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Billing
Billing and invoicing are manual and internal during this phase. Stripe, automated payment collection, and final plan limits are not active unless separately agreed.
